What are the best aspects of this product?
We are using Reputology for more than 2 years, and it’s great tool for monitoring 40+ hotels review sites. We are able to manage all reviews for our hotels from various review sites and to access and respond from one single place. Our clients (hotels’ managers) are very satisfied with this tool because they get daily email summary without login to the system to see the reviews. It’s extremely easy to track and send reviews from one location. The email alerts features are very useful because it allows us to check reviews on the go. Its support team is always there for help and assistance.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see automatically update for each account whenever new sites are added instead of clicking the new site to start receiving reviews.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We manage 40+ hotels, and it can be really difficult to manage all hotels’ reviews, thanks to Reputology this is no longer a problem for us, because it offers one location for monitoring reviews.
