What are the best aspects of this product?
Reputology allows us to manage all out reviews into simple software dashboard, we are even provided with great analytic resource for our setbacks and gains. I love the surveys we use whenever our client wants to check out. It allows us to set a threshold to ask the users to share the content on social channels. We can even choose which sites to ask to push to, this helps us to increase our ratings on specific sites.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I miss an option to post responses via Reputology instead just monitoring them. Also, it would be great to assign a task within the product for another team members.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reputology is our important tool for monitoring reviews. With this program we can help our clients to increase their ratings and to change their online perception. Through Reputology we managed to focus on online reviews so we can increase and engage the reviewers, and I believe this is most because of the survey functionality.
