Reputology is easy to use and saves us lot of time and money

What are the best aspects of this product?

The price is affordable and I have to say that it helps us to save money and time. Our business is growing and it is very important for us to stay on top of reviews. Its dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. There is an option for adding notes so we can see at glance what is handled. It collects all reviews into one place so we don’t have to logging in and out of various sites, all we have to do is to click on “respond to review” button. I love that this tool integrates with hootsuite dashboard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes 24h to update, they need to speed the updates up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to respond to reviews in timely manner, we use the analytics to train our staff, and every manager gets email whenever we receive new review.
