What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how I can hop on a phone with a customer. Then offer them a link through my e-mail. Or if that's not the case, a 6-digit pin number to directly connect with them. It's really convenient to utilize.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like how it can sometimes be challenging for some our customers who aren't technically in computers. They find it a bit hard in initiating a connection.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're making use of LogMeIn Rescue to solve problems/inquiries of our customers. These customers are often facing problems with the tradeshow management software we're supporting. It greatly benefitted us. We get to help out a customer right away as opposed to responding to them through voicemail or e-mail.
