What are the best aspects of this product?
Swift accessiblity for our clients. This makes it possible for our technicians to offer access assistance right away. Being able to reboot, acquire root access, and blackout screen for certain methods that users at base-level couldn't utilize from my terminal are fantastic! Timeout notifications are available in case I wind up being distracted with another project.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Performance is a but sluggish. I'm not at all sure if it's operating on Java like before. But it seems to still have that bloated aspects to it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I get to troubleshoot non-network related problems for my clients remotely. That alone is what makes the pricing worth it. Certain clients that I'm able to manage without having to leave my home and still offers the same result. I'm beginning to realize how many fixes I can remotely do on my own without any intrusions.
