PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I can inclde attended access to my PC. That way, I can have accessiblity to them. Users won't have to go through completing the connection process every single time. It significantly reduces confusion and frustration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Certain functionality on the side appear to be clunky. They're not as efficient as one would think. For example, the file transfer functionality is hard to control. It would also seem as if it would take a long while to connect (a minute or so).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Linking with offsite users. That makes it all the more possible in repairing problems that require our attention. Having the ability connect just about anywhere. Doing so regardless of network has been a life saver.
