What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how you get to do things differently in initiating client sessions. This can be in the form of an e-mail, hyperlink, SMS, or PIN. Each session is seamless. Things are uber easy to control and navigate regardless of the device you're using.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing much really. But if I'm asked to nitpick something. Then it would have something to do with the homescreen. I don't like how the app directly opens to the homescreen with huge icons and an overwhelming number of texts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to offer support for all devices. This support covers our current devices in ORG. The beautiful thing about that is how such devices can still receive support regardless of where you are in the globe. It's both a money and time saver!
