What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, I love the Rescue Lens feature, this feature is very useful and powerful.
Additionally, this tool allows technicians to do many things remotely, they can help our clients quickly and easily. I love the ability to remotely connect and reboot the computer several times, and at the same time the user doesn’t have to be in front of the computer the whole time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes time to set up connection when working with technology challenged users. Also, they need to work on their Mobile Support feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Rescue Lens feature, helps us to see what the client sees and as well speeds up time of resolution.
Also, allows us to do more things remotely, thus, reduces the cost by putting someone onsite.
