What are the best aspects of this product?
This is very useful for helping our employees who are the front-end users since it allows quick and easy remote connection. Our technicians can also hop-in instantly whenever needed. Meaning, we do not need to waste the precious time of our employees for another fixing period because we do not need to wait for more professional support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
LogMeIn Rescue works efficiently for our helpdesk services. I have nothing to complain about it.

Our Company has implemented remote work especially during the COVID-19 situation. This has increased the number of employees that uses our system from a distance, and they need technical assistant now and then. LogMeIn Rescue lets me and the technical support team to give necessary help and assistance to such employees without unneeded hassles.
