What are the best aspects of this product?
LMI allows our clients to access assistance from our support team in a few minutes. The software allows us to reboot, have root access and even blackout screens for specific processes that base level users are not allowed to use. The tool to copy-paste from our terminal is awesome. In addition, the software provides us with timeout warning when we get sidetrack with different projects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not sure if the software runs on Java like before. I don’t like the slow performance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can troubleshoot non network issues for my clients, even if they are across the country I can still help them without leaving the chair. LMI allows me to fix some issues without causing any obstruction. Also, I use this software as a training tool for my clients. The software is worth its price.
