What are the best aspects of this product?

You don't need tutorials to learn how to use it. I can also find invoices easily. The best part about it though is its great customer service. They are very accomodating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can lag sometimes or have glitches. it also takes a while to save changes. There are also some instances where there are errors in the balance. We also encountered some errors in the property. These glitches resulted in some data errors on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can control transactions and register invoices and deposits. This makes our accounting much easier.
