I love ResMan

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is in one place. You can also create accurate reports without much hassle. Since I can also upload files, I can now avoid losing documents. Everyone also has access so they are informed about every bit of information in the software. I can also chat with my colleagues inside the platform and the boardroom section is very convenient as we can have an overview of all properties.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It gets slow at times and doesn't upload files. There are also technical issues that affected the overall usage of ResMan. Improvement in the reports section will also be appreciated as it is difficult to customize reports. It'd also be helpful if someone from ResMan can help out on this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can manage reports, upload invoices, use bank accounts, and purchase orders using only one app. This allows us to have better control of our property.
