It is an amazing tool with property management in mind

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love ResMan's simple UI and easy navigation. I love the texting option and the customization or integration services the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike the features when you do the renewal. Some of our team members tend to click the begin lease button, misleading them. It'd also be nice if we could mass edit a ledger.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to communicate more with our residents. We can text them or send emails to them personally. It also helped us with our payables.
