What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a great tool that is easy to use and provides a detailed report. I can also teach my colleagues about invoices without any problem because of its ease of use. It can also keep track of late payments and when there's an outage, they immediately inform users. This feature made it easier for our team to continue working from home during this pandemic. It kept everyone safe from the virus.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It tends to slow down and buffer sometimes. There are also times where we can't see the files attached without downloading it. The invoice has also caused us some confusion because of the format. We should also have the option to mute residents' chat as this causes some disturbance at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Keeping track of payments and organizing properties can be done easily using ResMan. It also keeps purchase orders very organized, making it easier for our accounting.
