What are the best aspects of this product?

The only redeeming factor is that the most basic possible features work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The livechat software behaves like it was developed by beginner programmers and the support team has been equally useless. Try talking to them yourself and you'll quickly notice the broken English and unhelpful replies. Save yourself the headache and stick with a more established company instead.
