The top 3 functions of Review Trackers that we really find helpful for our company are: (1) the local listing features; (2) review tracking to analyze feedbacks; and (3) their awesome customer support services!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some functions in the dashboard that I wasn't able to use but it was easily resolved by their team!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We find the local listing especially helpful in keeping our efficiency since we handle around 50 stores. It also improved our online visibility.
