What are the best aspects of this product?

The whole team of Review Trackers has been really helpful to us! Their IT team worked with ours to set up a review solicitation sequence and have it integrated with the scheduling software so that we don't have to seek reviews manually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The review sources that the system provided is not enough sometimes so we have to provide our own sources.
