What are the best aspects of this product?

Getting in touch with Right Answers is the best solution to bridge the knowledge gap between our reps and clients. Several project managers attended the session and are more than happy to participate in the Platform rollout process. We are also thankful for Michelle for always being so accommodating and kind enough to answer all our questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are on our way to implementing the system in the next few weeks, and I think it will work out smoothly.

With the thought of having Right Answers as our primary tool in resolving knowledge gaps, we think that now is also the best time to encourage our support and team to maximize and promote it.
