PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Right Answers is so versatile that it is being used across all departments in the office. I love that we don't need to search for answers elsewhere anymore because you can find it in the portal. This tool's admin finds it easier to update the database with all the essential content needed to run smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I guess that RA admins should find a better way to manage its list of active users. We found out that the user access of employees that are no longer with us is still working. This can post as a security threat to our company, so it needs to be addressed right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to collate all knowledge-based information that each department has. We all decided to upload it to a central platform to ensure that all team members are properly updated with the changes that are going on. I can say that Right Answers is beneficial to new hires because it helps their onboarding process a lot easier. After all, the knowledge they need to thrive in the workplace can be found on the platform.
