
What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, Right Answers is an all on one support platform that every organization needs to keep its employees empowered to solve problems on their own. I love how easy it is to customize the UI and the reports that help us analyze what areas need more improvement moving forward.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Requesting some upgrades or feature enhancements don’t come easy. It takes some time for the vendor to respond regarding these types of concerns. But support wise I can say that they’re really good and consistent.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We utilize this product 100% of the time, especially on the operations floor, where our agents take in calls on a 24/7 shift. We need to keep Right Answers in optimal condition to ensure that our agents can access it anytime during their shift. To help us manage the excess number of calls that we receive daily, we are now promoting more self-help options to our callers.
