What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool applies to many industries, especially for companies who are struggling to build and put their process altogether. Using RA as our knowledge platform is a brilliant business decision because it caters to all departments' needs from marketing, accounting, and customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times that I try to explore the program in my spare time and find ways on how to add more information to make it more useful for our reps and SME’s out there. Unfortunately, there are some features that I could not customize, which makes me feel frustrated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Many employees are struggling to meet our metrics, which affects their performance reviews and even promotions. Lack of knowledge causes poor performance and low morale. We care for our employees, and we want them to step up and serve our clients better with minimal supervision. With the help of Right Answers, employees can now work efficiently without the need for micromanagement.
