Using RA helps build our knowledge and confidence. It allows employees to share their expertise via the platform.

The SD team needs to be more proactive in reaching out to us to solve issues faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For the longest time, our knowledge bank has not been updated by our SME’s. Good thing that we were able to acquire RA for the benefit of everyone.
