Worth the wait.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One glance at the dashboards, and you know that things are well laid out for better accessibility for all users. I’m loving all the built-in features and the support that we are getting from the RA team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are not the best for customization, but I understand because there is no perfect program. New users would need to allot a little more learning time to familiarize themselves with how RA works and how it can benefit their day to day work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sharing of best practices and knowledge is done more efficiently and straightforwardly. We are happy that we can work with other departments more often.
