What are the best aspects of this product?
RingCentral has numerous great features, but what impressed us most is its ease of use. I mean, right from the onset everyone in our team was able to use its functions with ease.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Does the desktop version show any inefficiency? At the moment, the platform is working just fine and there is nothing to dislike about it. However, recently, we created a team of field agents and plans are in place to incorporate the RingCentral apps to our stack. We’ll see how that goes and if any problem will come our way.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before RingCentral Meetings, we had a meeting platform that was glitchy and didn’t allow us to hold effective virtual meetings. We started with the free plan which allowed us to hold 40-minute meetings with all our regional managers. Currently, we are subscribed to a premium plan and we are able to hold meetings without any restriction.
