What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t like bothering my prospects and clients with untested tech tools. This is simply because I have had uncountable bad experiences with meeting platforms that just didn’t measure up. However, with RingCentral Meetings, I had to discard that fear. And since day one, the solution has never disappointed. In fact, it stuns clients with its use and exceptional video quality. Additionally, RingCentral Meetings packs a lot of great features at a fair price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn’t a major drawback to discuss. The only thing I can mention is that at times, the video lags which has nothing to do with the app. It occurs when the internet connection on my end or the customers’ end is of low quality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As regards RingCentral capability, the ability to record meetings and share files are the features I can’t do without.
