What are the best aspects of this product?

RingCentral has enabled us to build a cohesive unit driven by sound communication and clear messaging. With the ability to hold meetings and conference calls, coupled with screen sharing function and the call recording tool, we couldn’t ask for more.
How do I even list all the features that we like? To be honest, its feature set fits the bill for our company. From the flexibility to change meeting ID to multidevice connectivity to the dedicated dial-in number, everything is exactly as we desired.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no con to write about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On a normal day, our teams are either troubleshooting issues with the end user’s, performing demos to prospects, or handling software training for a new client. RingCentral Meetings streamlines our processes, particularly, the screen sharing function has enabled us to deliver highly effective training and demos. Moreover, the recording function is a handy tool that helps us and the end-user to record a meeting to review later.
