What are the best aspects of this product?

With the way our team is constituted, we needed software that can help us communicate better without being overly complex. In RingCentral Meetings, we found a solution that is easy to use and versatile, too. Beyond holding virtual meetings and conference calls, we can now share different types of documents to keep our projects ticking along.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I realized that this system runs on its own white-labeled platform. As a result, when our employees download the RingCentral Office apps, it leaves them confused about which one to access.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication between teams is simple! RingCentral Meetings enables our office-based staff, remote employee, and the mobile workforce to communicate synchronously. Also as a manager, it helps me maintain professionalism in all communication thanks to the ability to separate my work and personal numbers.
