What are the best aspects of this product?
The entire system is designed with the ease of setting up meetings in mind. We’ve employed the solution across our sales and marketing teams, and amazingly, we are able to enjoy quality "face-time" with all agents and customers from all parts of the globe.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have issues when holding conference calls with our remote agents, particularly if they are connecting to a cloud-based interface or RingCentral app. We’ve not transitioned to a fully wireless system and this seems to be the root cause of our troubles.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When we first rolled out a remote work policy for our agents we had a serious team communication problem. All that changed when we implemented RingCentral Meetings. The system has really changed the way we communicate as a team as it enables us to hold fast, ad-hoc meetings with everyone regardless of their location.
