What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that each user can set up customization according to their needs. Other useful features are call recording, call logs, and multiple ways to manage calls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The application could be more intuitive. For example, the vendor could make it more intuitive and easy to set up a new user with a new phone. There is only one right method to do this and it doesn’t cost more.

RingCentral provides us a reliable phone application that we can use to track and record calls. It also offers a useful texting feature. Plus, our agents can take calls on their desktop phones, computers, and mobiles using the app.
