What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the mobile app and faxing features. Our team is located in different time zones and the team members travel a lot. With RingCentral, they can be productive anywhere. I recently sent them training material on how to send a fax using the app which I think will make our work easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think there are a few areas where RingCentral can make improvements. First, when a call comes in there is no way I can know that it is coming through Ring Central till I pick it up and listen to the recording. Plus, some phone systems don’t recognize our extensions which means our main company rep gets needless calls. Finally, RingCentral can add a text messaging feature similar to Google Voice.

Our team members use RingCentral to work remotely and stay in touch from all places.
