I love how this tool lets me do so many things at once: I can oversee my team, see the line-up at work, and even accept calls on my mobile phone. The best part? I can do all these at the comforts of my home!

There has been some bug on the number of pending calls. The reports are often inaccurate. We've already filed for a ticket to fix this issue, but there has been no response so far.
