What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the web interface which is easy to use. Our remote team is based in diverse locations and we find it helpful to create support trees and easily route call patterns.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Account support could be improved. The same account manager contacted us multiple times with the same questions but did not provide the required follow up.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to invest in a phone system that could connect our remote employees with our customers. We use RingCentral’s call routing feature to provide a single support number to customers that routes them to the right team member.
