What are the best aspects of this product?

I am impressed with RingCentral’s flexibility as it allows you to take calls on a designated phone as well as on your mobile phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only glitch I can point out is when the app is not open on your mobile phone and a call is forwarded to you, you cannot tell if the call is from RingCentral or a call from someone who is dialing your mobile phone directly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RingCentral enables us to access our calls anywhere on our mobile phones. This allows us to telecommute without worrying about missing calls in our office. Our employees now have more flexibility in the places where they can work from.
