What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that there's plenty of room for configuration and setting up our own preferences. It's very flexible to our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hear that this update is now in the works, but I do hope that they would add a feature that would allow us to save chat scripts to an external server.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RingCentral helps us drive accountability at work. Through it, we can easily trace both communication backlogs and successes.
