What are the best aspects of this product?
We don't use or need many features of this product. Quality is fine. My qualm is with billing and customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are a small company and initially requested too many lines. RingCentral won't allow you to downgrade after signing up. Needs change, and other companies will allow you to adapt. Also the monthly fees outlined in the agreement are not what we're being charged.

A reasonable cancellation policy!
