What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can create any scenario for call routing. Other useful features are the fax capability and the affordable 800 vanity number.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The management interface is a bit complicated. Calls don’t always get routed according to the settings I set up.

RingCentral provides me an 800 number that I can route to multiple people in multiple locations so that all calls can be answered at any time. The vendor also provided a fax number which is great.
