What are the best aspects of this product?

RingCentral is very useful for our small business as it offers an automated answering system that allows us to use customized rules and extensions to make our employees productive anywhere. Plus, you can manage calls on their mobile app and change rules according to time of day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few disadvantages I would like to point out. You can install only a limited number of desktop phones per line. There are frequent issues with the desktop phone. Finally, the customer support can be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

RingCentral helps us to have calls forwarded based on time of day. Now, I don’t have to give out my mobile phone number to our customers. Plus, their fax feature helps us save money spent on paper as we can receive faxes directly in our email.
