What are the best aspects of this product?

Its hard to find a positive. fax service is probably ok, phone service was terrible

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We set up an account with RingCentral for our business. We switched from verizon, but immediately after switching had major problems with call quality and dropped calls to our business. Therefore we tried to switch the number back to Verizon and it has become a nightmare. RingCentral will not release the number! I have called more than 20 times to attempt to resolve this. This is negatively affecting our business as our incoming calls are not being received. I have spoken with numerous employees who tell me the "port team" will help, but then they deny verizon's request for the transfer. I have spent over 8 hours on the phone and 6 days and still cannot get Ringcentral to release the line. They refuse, and then when I call them they say to resubmit the request. Unbelievable.
