What are the best aspects of this product?
One time, when I was on chat with the tech support team to resolve an issue, the chat got disconnected. But, the agent called me on the phone and resolved the issue satisfactorily. This shows the vendor provides top notch customer support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am a partner of the vendor and I wish the system included a dashboard that allows me to manage the RingCentral phones of multiple clients.
