What are the best aspects of this product?
RingCentral provides top quality customer support. A few of our employees had trouble using the conference feature and other functions, but the customer support team offered prompt and helpful support to help them understand the system and make the most of the features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only issue I have is with the desk phones provided by RingCentral. My model has an auto-dial system which makes the phone ring randomly if it is inactive for a few seconds. I wish they provided better desk phones to their customers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RingCentral is a big improvement over go2meeting which we were using previously, when it comes to efficient video conferencing features and conference calls. The system is more user-friendly and provides good call quality. Plus, the vendor offers reliable customer support.
