What are the best aspects of this product?
It is incredible how easy to use Robin is. Despite that, it has a lot of powerful features. More than its functionality though, I am at awe of its customer support team. They are simply the best I have encountered, as they are prompt in replying to my questions
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only issue I have with Robin is its opaqueness regarding its subscription tiers. We didn't know what we were getting into exactly until we signed up for a demo. It took too much time and effort just to know what the app has to offer. Because of it, we almost didn't commit to Robin.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have conference rooms that are shared by different groups. With Robin, these groups can schedule their use of the rooms to avoid conflict with others. It also helps that they can manage their reservations from a centralized platform and see room availabilities on the dashboard.
