What are the best aspects of this product?

I am thankful we have switched to an automated archiving through Rubrik. We can easily use them even with the older staff, turnover of knowledge was easy. We can easily store hospital data with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Expensive. But if you look at it in the long run, it will be way cheaper because of lower maintenance costs and low infrastructure needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automatic backup without the hardship for the need of infrastructure and high maintenance.
