What are the best aspects of this product?

While it is a very effective tool for storing and backing up files, which makes me happy about this is the search feature. I don't have to be scouring every folder to find what I am looking for with ease and without much trouble.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope that they would have more configurable content.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The need for more infrastructure for backing up files. Since these stores in the cloud, we don't need a physical space for it, and maintenance and costs have been easier, too.
