Great for file management and backing up files

What are the best aspects of this product?

Rubrik is a great tool for managing company files—it organizes, backs up, analyses, and protects our SOL, fileset, and virtual platforms. Overall, it is a great tool for managing, maintaining, and protecting our files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

UI is complex. It takes time to get the hang of using it, but once you do, the tool does wonders. Also, the application only has limited options in generating reports so I hope they would have more flexibility.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solved our file management system most especially backing up files and archiving.
