What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, it is easy to use, very simple. Second, it can handle a lot of files and is adaptable to our company's needs, especially with Polaris--handling e-mails, articles, and reminders. Third, it costs cheaper for TCO than other related software while being more productive. Fourth, they have knowledgeable customer support who always provides answers quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Though I said it costs cheaper than other apps, it still is expensive for our company. Sometimes it lags or loses stability when handling big data. Also, there should also be an easier way to share restoration information.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a great tool for securing company files. We use this for various SLA policies in VMs. Rubrik is a great tool for making copies and restoring files for two databases.
