Simple yet Complex

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a first time user, it looked simple so I understood immediately how to use it. I love how simple it is and yet its performance, and the load that it carries is impeccable. Moreover, I love their support, they immediately respond to our queries and they are very informative.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some functions are a bit more difficult to use than others, but overall it is a nice application
