Truly a next-generation backup application

What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple to install, to set up, to configure. Does its functions in an efficient way--live backup, monitor data flow, little need for maintenance. Once the scheduled backups and length of availability is set, it does its work. Consistent performance. It has integrated VMware which helps in automating backups. It doesn't need to reboot after updating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope to see more improvements in features and more granular backups.
