What are the best aspects of this product?

Rydoo's capability t read, record, and generate travel expense reports through receipt photographs is incredible. This enables traveling employees to provide their employers with a real-time update on their travel expenses, therefore allow them to get a timely suggestion from their bosses on how to better manage and maximize their resources. Indeed, Rydoo is an extremely fast and easy way to organize travel plans and record and report expenses. It is best when integrated with the Rydoo travel management tool for a more organized travel and expense management as you will use only one interface for all work travel needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no deal-breakers with Rydoo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Rydoo is best for companies like ours where employees regularly travel. Organizing travel and expense computations used to be a burden to our HR and Finance, respectively. The same could be said with employees with their expense reporting. But these are no longer the case with Rydoo which automated much of the work process. It also didn't take a while for employees to be on-board the platform as it was extremely easy to use. The interface is clean and can even be operated through mobile devices, allowing flexible remote work.
