What are the best aspects of this product?

Rydoo is extremely easy to use it wouldn't take long for employees to learn how it works. The OCR scanning is very accurate in capturing the important details in receipts, saving us a lot of time. The consolidated billing is also a great way to put all business trip funds into one destination rather than having to hand it to the employee for him to manage and budget. This allows employees on business travels to focus on the work at hand and has nothing to worry about administrative processes related to their lodgings or ticket bookings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had encountered problems on the backup office setup but the issue is mostly on our part instead of Rydoo's. Also, it pisses me off when Rydoo automatically changes the dates just because it doesn't recognize the date format you are used to. But these are not deal-breakers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit our company is realizing is efficient reporting. Finance can track expenses in real-time and can immediately advise employees if a transaction is not allowable under company policies. This feature is very essential as we can process information as the travel progresses instead of post-travel in which case tasks such as accounting would have piled up and spending issues may have been too late to be addressed.
