What are the best aspects of this product?

What's great with Sage 50c is the number of things it lets you do. It lets you come up with sales quotes and coverting those quotes into sales orders. It lets you make an invoice after completion of each sale. It's fantastic for tracking varying projects and sales. Sage 50c can pull out different reports on open and overdue receivables.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to dislike with this software. It's been an asset to our company ever since we had it running.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication as well as organization with our current employees are the standout benefits of this software. There's one functionality that lets you take notes on sale order forms. I find this helpful since it keeps everyone on the same page on a certain sales order.
